What we consider.

Position & set up
Suitable appliances are positioned and levelled. Washing machine transit bolts are removed where applicable, with hoses connected to compatible existing fittings.
Test & explain
We check for visible leaks and run an appropriate function check. You get a straightforward explanation of the setup before handover.
Which appliances can you install?
Washing machines and suitable plug-in appliances are considered individually. Send the make, model and photos of the installation space to confirm scope.
Does this include plumbing or electrical alterations?
No. New or altered water, drainage, gas or electrical services must be handled by an appropriately licensed trade. This service uses suitable existing connections only.
Can you stack a dryer?
Send both appliance models and details of the manufacturer-approved stacking kit. Suitability, access and any additional lifting assistance need to be confirmed first.
Do you remove the old appliance?
Removal and disposal are not included unless specifically agreed in the quote.
What should I photograph?
The appliance, access route, installation space and existing taps, drain and power outlet. Include model numbers and your suburb.

Preparing for appliance installation
Check that the appliance can fit through the access route and into its intended space. Let Gary know about steps, tight corners, stacking or an old appliance still in place. Keep the manufacturer instructions and any supplied fittings available. New plumbing, gas work and electrical alterations are not included. Removal, disposal, stacking equipment and additional lifting assistance must be discussed before booking.
