Enquiries & photos
When you contact Summit, the information you provide is used to assess the installation, respond, prepare a quote and manage any work you agree to. Please avoid including identity documents or unrelated private information in photos.
Online quote requests, when available, are delivered to Gary’s enquiry inbox. Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver your request. An enquiry does not automatically create a booking.
Website analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, we ask your permission before loading it. It helps measure page visits, contact-link clicks and successful quote submissions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text and photos are not included in our Analytics events.
You can change your analytics choice using Cookie preferences in the footer when analytics is configured. The site stores your preference in your browser. Essential hosting logs may be processed for website operation and security.
Access & deletion requests
Email gary@summit-comms.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information. Records needed for agreed work, accounting or other applicable obligations may need to be retained.
Service providers
The production website uses Cloudflare for hosting and may use its spam protection and email delivery services. Google processes analytics data only when that feature is enabled and you allow it. Providers may process data outside Australia.
